If you ask me, “What’s the prettiest place you’ve been to?” my answer will be “The Alps.” This has been my favorite for quite some time, and despite all the places I’ve traveled to in the last couple of years, nothing has dethroned it.
One of my favorite times in the Alps was with Mom, where we went on a breathtaking experience riding a charming red cogwheel train to see La Mer de Glace and eat a tartiflette at the very top!
The first episode features a breathtaking view of Mont Blanc, the highest peak in Europe.
The second episode brings you to little gems of these mountains: waterfalls, ruins, canyons, and turbulent rapids.
A really fun day with an unexpected exploration of the Chamonix-Mont Blanc Valley. We took a gondola and climbed down 580 steps to reach a beautiful Ice Cave.
While hiking between France and Switzerland, we enjoyed an impromptu lunch at a restaurant overlooking the beautiful Alps. A leisurely stroll in Geneva concluded our marvelous trip to this treasured place.
